Target Terror = Target Awesome?

I know all of you are pumped for Mario Kart (so am I!), but another title has hit Wii that has people lining up to take sides. That game is Rawthrills developed and Konami published Target: Terror, the latest light gun game to be converted to the Wii. So what is the deal with this game? The review scores are low, very low.
